I think we forget that it takes as much imagination as logic to discover the important discoveries.
When the apple fell from the tree… logic said it was there and now it’s here. Imagination made it possible to think that there may had been a force to make that happen. Isaac Newton discovers gravity.
Mold kills bacteria in a dish… logic says mold has an effect on bacteria. Imagination turned that into a life saving drug. Alexander Fleming discovers penicillin.
Once upon a time (A)…something happens (B-Y)… the end (Z). A writer uses their imagination to creates a story. Logic bring joy, wonder, danger… to come alive through that story.
Thank whatever deity or none that there is logic and imagination in the world.
